So I got my Sprint bill for the last month for my cell service. The bill is quite different from how it has been for years previously. It's over twice the size with more pages. What did they do with all that extra space? Nothing. Other than use a slightly larger font in a few places. In fact, what really pisses me off, is it no longer includes a listing of all my phone calls made. Now it only shows the final total.
Anyone else seen this? Is everyone getting these new retarded bills? Do they just hate trees and customers? Is their billing department now staffed by volunteer grade school workers? I'm thinking of switching my service because of these new retarded information challenged bills. What other cellular providers provide itemized phone call lists for the month?
