I believe their is a new Splinter Cell called Dark Affair. It's got Grim who's the head of the 4th echelon , Korbins, Briggs and Sam Fisher, but there's a bigger team in the 4th as well. It was leaked on to YouTube but before I got a heads up , ubisoft had it removed. Its got a bit more stealth to it then blacklist, so happy days. It's rumoured to be released in Autum 2016. Will have wait and see.
I've played and loved every Splinter Cell that been released, except for the hand held versions. Conviction is my favourite followed by Blacklist.

I wouldn't be interested anyway, the last two splinter cell games were terrible in my opinion.

How can you say that, ok it's not got all the stealth as the old ones but I think the change was for the better, it was aimed at a bigger audience with Ghost, Panther and Assault modes. Other wise we would just go round in circles. Take the Assassin's Creed, same story, climb a tower or tree to sync. Kill the Templar. Ubisoft need to shake it up a little cos farcry, watchdogs and AC have all the same idea, Climb here or hack here to unlock the map. No new ideas the stories are going stale.

That's because they want to milk the consumers by trying to push out a game seemingly ever year. The COD method and quality don't go hand in hand.

Chaos Theory was by far the best Splinter Cell game ever.

The first two games were great, Chaos Theory was legendary, and Double Agent had flaws but was reasonably good. I never played the two newer games and never got interested in them from the videos I saw (and the lack of savegames). Maybe I should try them out as they should be cheap now.

As a game, I liked Blacklist.

As a Splinter Cell game, it's not incredible. I'm also on the Chaos Theory 4ever wagon.

Action stealth is fun, they just shouldn't have made it Splinter Cell.

Ugh. Please tell me this is an alt troll account.

Blacklist is a legitimately great action/stealth game, and the consensus among many people is that Blacklist is the best Splinter Cell game since Chaos Theory (which I'm inclined to agree with). Anyone who hasn't played it yet should give it a chance.

I admittedly enjoyed Conviction too. Even though I realize it's not really a good stealth game.

I'm really glad they're still making SC games. I was worried that Blacklist didn't sell too well and they might abandon the series entirely.

With the direction "stealth" games are headed these days, I can't see my self enjoying this. Though I never was a huge Splinter Cell fan anyway, Chaos Theory was certainly enjoyable, but I was always more into Thief I suppose.

I got to the end of the first mission in Blacklist, after numerous stealth-attempts, and haven't played it again (I failed with quicksaves no less). I'll revisit it, but it doesn't draw me back; feels like Rambo is the win.

Conviction on the other hand... loved it. Only had it on the 360, so I couldn't use my master race mouse skills, but found a good guy to co-op with and the gameplay + a dedicated partner made for some of the best multiplayer I've ever experienced.

After Blacklist's first mission, I feel like the IP and any genius behind it has been sold. Not looking forward to more Splinter Cell, but i'll probably pick it up at 75% off.

Hi guys,
Just spoken to my friend. The game is centred around the 12 Nations. Which the lead terrorist was crying about when he was getting the crap kicked out of him.
Also Charlie is back as the tech wiz.
About the game not doing too good it's still being played online, spy's and mercs.
The problem we all have is we find a game we love to bits and when they do a follow up its different, and we want more of the same. So we're not happy, but won't that just be robbing the customer again. Money for olde rope as the saying go's. I too would like more of the stealth missions in the new SC, but some times it's just nice to shoot the shite out of the bad guy. Let's leave the bloody dogs out of this one. Dogs, sharks and politicians scare the crap out of me in most games. Dogs just wanna bite you, sharks wanna eat you and politicians just screw you and which way they can.lol.
Cheers Karl.
Really don't like dogs in games.
