New Spanking Build Is Crashing

Okay, heres whats happening. I turn on my computer on a new day, boots up fine. than after maybe 15 minutes it will crash. when i try to reboot, it sometimes makes this chugging noise and refuses to boot itself up. if i leave it alone for like 20 minutes and return, it boots up fine.

ive checked my temps, there around 30-40c max. they get as low as 25c

I think it might be a psu problem.

I'm voting for the PSU. My guess is the fan is not working the way it's supposed to, causing the heat to build up to the point where it's affecting performance. That also would explain the chugging noise you hear. Just my $0.02
