Just got a brand new Soprano case and the window on the inside has a couple ruff scuffs. I tried wiping them away with the included cloth but it looks like its permanet. Wondering would Thermaltake replace the side panel for free by any chance? They are noticeable even if your not looking for them.

Think its a waste of time emailing them? They are eye sores :D.

They should be nice and send you a new one. Take a picture, and include it in the email you send them. Put it near all the packing as it looks like you just pulled it out of the box.

I emailed them and they offered to replace the side panel but I had to send mine in. I figured its not worth it. For one I don't have a safe way of shipping it and if I don't ship it just right they will probably blame it on the way it was shipped. Not to mention I have to pay shipping to them. Its just a couple scuffs. I guess next time I'll buy used. Here I thought buying new almost guaranteed no scratches. The loose box on the inside of the case is what scratched the window up.

I was really hoping they would just send me another panel.

You can rub the scuffs out if they aren't too deep with stuff like Meguiar's plastic polish - check at motorcycle specialty shops. They will probably have several plastic scratch removers used for face shields, fairing windshields etc.

Meguiar's makes some great products. I've found that their Deep Crystal System Polish works well in removing fine hairline scratches and surface swirl marks on my cars.
