Just bit the bullet on a new rig.

Thats 2-day shipping so I should see the stuff here by Friday in time for an upgrade filled weekend. Will take a while to get it up and running as I will have to start from scratch with the raid and the OS install. Will post benchies when I get em.
 
Looks like a great system. Just curious of why you got a IDE HDD. 2nd you are better off staying away from RAID 0, there is little if any performance value and more risk of loosing your OS. I would just use the drives independent. Just my opinion though...
 
Nope....also cant wait for the motherboad manufacturer to get of its but with new bios to support the San Diego. IMO the chips will be out long before they will be supported.
