New SK-6+ with some loose fins.

I just recieved my new SK-6+ and I noticed that the outer-most fins on each side are loose as they clearly were not attached or inproperly attached. Af far as I can tell it is only the single outer fin on each side. The heatsink is working fine but I was wondering if there is any way to attach the fins somehow or if this is normal?

That's not normal. You could solder the fins on better. I would send it back and get a new one. Loose fins may rattle, making unwanted noise.
