For fans of the orignial, check this out:

Steam is an excellent platform for getting your game content directly to your audience and putting the original SiN out on Steam has been one of our goals from the start. The version of the SiN that will go up on Steam will be slightly different from the retail version in several regards. The most profound change is probably the way multiplayer works ? it is fully integrated with Steam, so the game now uses the Steam server browser and you will be able to use the friends system to track your fellow SiNners.

Hell yea!

Only played the demo of the first game, but this looks awsome. My only concern is will the episodes be long enough for me to get my money's worth?

SiN always looked like a decent game but never ran properly on my machine.

If this 'revamp' is any good, I might get it.

SiN was cool, a remake would be cool, and the fact that I can most likely get it very easily over Steam makes it probably a sure fire buy on my part.

This is the game that will inspire me to upgrade my PC. :)

Go to Gamespot download, if you want to see the 12.5 minute looping CES demo of SiN Episodes: Emergence.

It sort of looks like any other generic shooter on the HL2 engine. But it's an early demo, and I have faith in Ritual.
