New Signatures Challenge

In case you haven't read this announcement, we might need to adjust our signatures to the new limits.

When life hands you lemons, stick some nails in them and wire them up to power a DC rig!

Above is my 88-byte signature, which means one of the smilies has to go. Or I need to shorten the text. Or I need a new sig.

So, I am proposing a Signature Challenge for the Distributed Computing forum.

  1. Have fun!
  2. Create a signature using the limits from the above link.
  3. Only one signature per member.
  4. Create a post on this thread.
  5. Put the signature in the body of the post.
  6. You may change your entry anytime until 1 Jan 2013.
  7. After 1 Jan 2013, we will post a poll of all the signatures.
  8. Sometime later we will announce the winner.

I am posting my old signature as an example to be edited later.

RT, I think the meaning of "Maximum line length is 90 characters" is that you should consider any line longer than that as two lines. Since you have fewer than six lines, and no links, your current signature should be fine.

i just went through hell trying to comply w/ the new signature rules while still maintaining some semblance of my actual hardware configurations, and now i'm too tired to try and change it yet again, so this is the way it will remain. i don't think it will rank very high in Fred's New Sig Challenge, but i'm content for now lol...
