New shipment of AGP 6800

Is is true that the the GeForce 6800NU's from the new shipment are not able to unlock the extra 4 pipes? I ordered Leadtek 6800 on 12 December, and recived it just today, so I'm kinda worried....
 
The AGP cards should unlock (with newer versions of RivaTuner) but the PCIe versions won't (different GPU).
 
It should unlock. As MDE said, as long as it's an NV40 core (unless they make EXTREME modifications to it), it should unlock (or have a chance to).
