New SFF HTPC build

Hey guys this is going to be my third PC build and I'm going for super small form factor. The primary uses are to play and stream HD movies and to handle steam streams of games from my primary PC. I'd like to stay under $300. I already have a HDD and SSD so I just need a case, PSU, CPU, and Ram. I'm trying to buy everything off amazon.

I'm already over budget. Just wondering if these are good choices or are there better choices I can make for what my needs are. I really like the size of the Antec case but I feel like the 90w limits my cpu choice

90w PSU limits CPU choice, but if you're not using an external GPU (which you can't anyway with that case) you could easily use a 65w TDP CPU.

You could also use a Pentium or Celeron chip. No hyperthreading, but half the price.
