I just started crunching Seti so no RAC history.

Based on what I've seen, I should be able to do 10-15K per day.

Now if I could get some work.....:laugh:

what rigs do you have crunching? How many/what kind of gpus?

3 Q6600's @3.15 GHz
3 Nvidia GPUs, (2 9800 GTX's and 1 8800GT

2 of the rigs are running 64 bit linux and 1 is running 64 bit Vista/

I haven't been able to get the GPUs on the linux rigs going with Seti (Crunch3r's port)

Wow!, if you can do 10-15k that's some going! 😀

I'm good to go now, I was able to retrieve my account number from an old work machine that had been retired. First thing I did was to update my email and password on my seti account once I got logged into it.

I am almost to my goal with F@H. So, when I reach it, I will start Seti. I should reach the 10 mill mark in about 3-4 days, after that, I will have 2 rigs running the gauntlet.🙂

Like others have advised here, I beefed up my cache to 4 days to make it through the days where no work is available. Check out this post on the Seti message board.

Thanks for the info, I've set most of my PC's on good old WCG for now.

3 - 4 days of WUs is usually sufficient. Only once during the past year I have run out of WUs.

i remember that... it was only a few months ago... I was going crazy... i had to turn the AC off in my place so I wouldn't freeze... or was it I had to turn on the heat so i wouldn't freeze... anyways... it was cold and hell was freezing over. :Q;

As BryanW pointed out in this thread, let's all get those optimized apps installed!!

Also updating to the cuda 2.3 DLLS give a speed boost over the 2.2 DLLS that if i remember come in the installer.There also easy to install.
