New SerialATA RAID Controller Review : 3Ware Escalade

Yep, I thought it was a good review...but there is someone on these forums that always bashes GamePC's storage reviews...can't remember who it is though.

Makes me mad that I just bought a non-Serial ATA RAID card. Oh well.

Anyone that uses Sandra for a metric should be bashed. There are no I/O meter results! That's the purpose of a raid card; (especially RAID5) increase I/O capability AND keep your data safe from the perils of hard drive failure. (which in the days of late seems to be an issue with non SCSI drives!)
