New Section...a PC suggestions/evaluations section

So many people post in General hardware looking for opinions on a system they are going to build or one they have built or are perhaps looking for a suggestion on a particular component that they have not decided on when designing a system or even a single upgrade item.

I was wondering if perhaps a new section covering all of these questions might be an idea?...could perhaps test it and see if the threads are moved over nicely by users and it's used well?

It's unlikely, just becuase the mods consider the current amount of topics to be too many as is.

It might be a good idea, but any requests that have anything to do with organisation of the categories (adding new, rearranging so that the "correct" forums are nearer to the top so they're seen - as in putting TS above GH) all seem to be answered with:

It won't be happening

They used to have buyers guides that answered many of the questions people pose everyday. I don't know why they stopped doing them.
