New SEAGATE 320 GB shipped, HD TUNE errors, what does it mean?

Don't RMA yet. Get a copy of Seatools from Seagate and test the drive. You can do a limited test on line, or by downloading a more elaborate tool. If the Seatools come up clean, ignore hd tune and inspector. If Seatools reports problems, then use the Seatools info to ask for an RMA, not the other tools.

seatools doesn't recognize the drive, im starting to suspect my motherboard, the reason i switched to this sata drive was the other 2 hdd's, both ide, were dying.

i get those same errors on BOTH my seagate 160gb 7200.7 SATA and 320gb 7200.10 SATA.
my mobo is asus a8r32-mvp. both drives are running fine (7200.7 for about a year and 7200.10 for about 2 weeks)

but what is up with the yellow highlight?
