New Ryzen 1800x build with mouse freezing issues

So just built a new Ryzen system for a customer and everything went smooth building it. Even Windows 10 installed fine. But for some reason, the mouse freezes every few seconds in Windows now. And even in the bios. It'll unfreeze after a few seconds and work fine then do it again.

I've updated the bios to the latest and not sure if it's a bios setting, ram, or something i'm overlooking.

Hardware is as follows:

Gigabyte X370 Gaming K5
32GB G.Skill FlareX DDR4 Kit
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Turbo Red LED
Samsung 960 EVO 1TB NVMe
EVGA Geforce GTX 1080Ti Black Edition
EVGA G3 850Watt Gold
Phantek P400 Case

Well knock on wood i think it's solved. I was having issues even in the bios with the mouse and keyboard disconnecting (what i thought were freezes). Turns out even though i flashed the bios to the latest it must have been corrupt. I reflashed it and it's been fine now.
