Ok so this is my first deal and I think it's pretty decent. It's no money saving but a fairly large time saving instead. iRobot's site currently has two scooba/roomba/dirt dog combos:

  1. 1. Scooba 380 + Roomba 370 + Dirt Dog - ships in 3-4 weeks = $899 + s&h + tax if applicable
  1. 2. Scooba 380 + Roomba 360 + Dirt Dog - ships in 2-3 weeks = $849 + s&h + tax if applicable

Apparently the Roomba 360 and 370 are back-ordered which is causing this problem. I devised the following solution:

Scooba 380 + Roomba 380 + Dirt Dog + 20% off code which doesn't work with the above web deals = $903 + s&h + tax.

This way you're getting a better Roomba model for essentially the same price and best of all, 1-2 day processing i.e. no back-ordered items :)

I'll check the forum policies and, depending on if it's allowed to do so, will post the 20% off code here. The coupon code expires on 06/30/2008 and should be readily available to a Google searcher :)

Thoughts?

One code I found for 20% off is 800360.

Psst... if you read the very first post title in Hot Deals, it says

"**** Hot Deals Forum Rules - Please read before posting ****
Updated 6/10/07 - Coupons And Codes Now Allowed. :)

I have two iRobot schedulers and a Scooba ... and for the most part they do a good job.

THese newer gen robots ... I have no idea. I cannot believe how much they are charging for these things. I paid $270 total for my 3 robots. I would NEVER pay even close to what the OP posted for these things. They are simply not worth that much ...

yes, opening an old thread...but...

HSN has the Scooba 340 (faster than the 350, similar battery to the 380, with virtual walls) AND the Roomba 535 (a minor upgrade from the 530) for $449. Add a $50 off coupon to the mix and you get them both - with no tax or shipping - for $399.

It's a good deal; most places have the 530 alone for $300-ish.

Coupon code - new to HSN only: C56574
