I just saw this commercial on TV earlier.

Am I the only one who immediately thought "Why are two people sitting on the couch watching TV with a pile of dog poop is right in front of them?". :p

I mean, can they not smell it because their house is a pig sty?

Poop detection is because people have our robot vacuums set to run when not home. But what happens if your pet makes a mess while out?

I wonder if this works for cat puke. I've thought of getting a robot vacuum but I know I would end up getting home and it would have smeared cat puke all over the house.

Our last Neato robot vac had an affliction for the dogs' food plate. They were OLD with very few teeth, so they got fed soft food...the damned robo-vac always tracked right over the plate and smeared food everywhere. (and cleaning the wheels, brushe, and dust bin was a PITA. I FINALLY got smart and laid out the mag-strip that stopped it. The new one is programmable and I have the dog's food area blocked off.

But that wasn't the comment, the comment was why was there 2 people sitting on the couch with a pile of crap on the area rug? lol

Totally agree it wasn't properly thought out with the commercial! Noone sits there with dog crap on the floor for sure!
