NEW RIG suggestions on MB?

Hi I'm going to build a new PC for After Effects and Cinema 4d. Here are the main components, let me know if these will run good and if there is a better motherboard you recommend up to and not going over $100. I want it to be stable and reliable and I will not be overclocking anything:

PROCESSOR: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz
MB: ASUS P5K SE EPU LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
VIDEONY VCG88512GXEB-FLB GeForce 8800 GT 512MB

Gigabyte EP35 DS3L would be a nice alternate but that one isn't too bad.

By the way, the 8800GT 512MB is outperformed by the similarly priced ATI 4850, check that out instead.
