New Rig? Should I get a new PSU?

I am putting together a new rig.

Intel E6400 C2D
2Gig of Corsair RAM
1 x 400GB SATA HDD
2 x DVD Writers
ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP Socket T
XFX GeForce 7600GS 256MB PCI Express x16 Video Card

I have an older PSU -> ANTEC TRUEPOWER 430W

Can I use this or do I need to get a new one?
Will i be running short on juice if I just use 430W for this new rig?
Just to confirm... I am not OCing or gaming.

Thanks !

it a very good power supply, but it only has the 20pin atx motherboard plug instead of the 24pin atx motherboard plug. Plus it also does't have the pci express plug. But yeah it a good power supply. 26amp on the 12v rail

to be on the safe side, I would recommend to upgrade your powersupply to one that supports the atx12v 2.01 standard.

such as this one, it similar to your current ANTEC TRUEPOWER 430W but it the 2.0 model series.

TP-II 430
