NEW RIG** Please help!!!!!

Ok so ive decided to buy a new rig since i can barely play anything anymore. But i have some questions on some parts=
1. Should I get 2x SLI 8800 GT 512mb, or a 8800 Ultra 768mb, not price wise but performance wise
2. Should I get the quad core or the core duo?
Please help.

Get 2 EVGA 8800gt ssc and a Quad core. You'll be able to play anything.

He can play anything on a dual core, honestly.

1. How long do you intend to keep the system?
2. Do you use your computer for anything that presently takes full advantage of four cores? Games really don't.
