Well, she's all fired up. Here are the specs:

Antec Slk3000B
Seasonic S12-430HB
Thermalright XP-90
Nexus 120mm and 92mm fans
Asus A8N-E modded w/ Zalman NB47J
3000+ Venice (8 hours prime stable @ 2.4 and stock voltage)
1GB Corsair VS Dual Channel
eVGA 7800GT @ 445 core/ 1070 mem. (stock clocks with this card)
BenQ 1640-BK
Samsung 80GB Sata2 7200rpm 8MB (HD080HJ, mine came with a Nidec motor:) )

Everything runs beautifully, I could go another 200Mhz at least on the proc., likely with stock voltage, but I see no need to. I want long term reliability as well as good performance, so I decided just to leave it at 2.4. As for the lowish res., i'm limited by my LCD (NEC 1770GX). System is super quiet due to lack of an asus northbridge fan and also the nexus fans, seasonic psu, and samsung hdd. Surprisingly, the 7800GT stock cooler is quite quiet, in both 2D and 3D modes.
