New rig DFI MB won't boot 4 Red LEDS

I just put together my new rig and the system won't boot up. It looks like everything powers up but the monitor won't turn on and the case LED's don't light up. On the inside the 4 red leds for system start up stay on. The yellow leds near those light up and the memory leds light up. I have read alot of these issues so far and I haven't seen anyone with patriot memory failing yet or a antec 550 Psu. All imput is appreciated.
