New rig, comments?

Well, I'm finally plunking down the cash to build a new rig. The last one I built was in 2001 (Athlon 1.2 TBird, GeForce 3, 768 Megs of SDRam) and its finally run it's course.

Heres what I'm looking at:

ABIT KV8-Max3
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Mushkin 1GB of PC3200 DDR Ram (Cas Latency: 2.5-4-4)
WD 200GB 7200 SATA HDD
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS
ATi x800 XT Platinum
Blizzard 360 Ultra Quiet Case from FrozenCPU.com
ENERMAX Noisetaker Series 420W Power Supply

Keep in mind that I'm not very interested in overclocking, I'm not going to use RAID, I already have a 100GB Special Edition WD HDD and an 8x DVD-+RW Drive.

Oh, I'd say around $1500 - $1700.

I think its very worth the wait. Besides, some of the other components may have dropped a bit in price by then.
