Cyborg Studios has the new Plutonium XP 7.0 drivers (based on the new 6058) for ATI Radeon cards on Windows XP on his Red Software website, these are the best around in my opinion. They have been tweaked and Macrovision disabled, you can find out more about them in the All-In-Wonder forums at Rage3D.com. There are a couple mirror sites listed in one of the threads there, because his site seems to be getting hammered.
