New RAM not working in ~2 month old server

I bought this:

Crucial Ballistix 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

To put into this server:

But the RAM is throwing an error and the BIOS says it's an uncorrectable memory issue.

Seemed to me these were compatible, anyone see anything I'm overlooking?

Turns out Crucial's website says the server supports non-ECC RAM but their actual internal system says it does not. The latter is accurate. So RMA filed and new RAM ordered. (unfortunately I bought from newegg so crucial won't handle the return)
