New RAID setup

I am building a new computer this week and will be using RAID for the first time. I need a little advice on how to set it up.
The motherboard I am using is an ASUS P7P55D-E-LX. I have four 1TB HDD's and one 2TB HDD.
I want to run the four 1TB's in a RAID 10 configuration and the 2TB as a seperate storage drive. Could someone explain how to configure this?

Not sure what chipset your mobo has, however most controllers need to be enabled for RAID from the BIOS 1st, then once you reboot, you will get the oppotunatly to hit something like 'ALT + A or I', which will bring up the controller BIOS where you configure your arrays. The controller BIOS will advise which keys to use to select and include the drives you want for your array.

You might want to check the controller, Im not sure how many do RAID 10?
