the "roomie's router, used as a switch" has been reset and is handing out IP addresses.
That is my big dollar bet.
You know you have to disable DHCP on it, right?

How many DHCP servers do you have? Does the access point dish out IPs as well?

Thanks, I had a feeling that might have had something to do with it, I was sniffing the wrong trail.

I unplugged the roomie's ruter, an restarted everything, Kicked right back on, I'm going to log into it and turn of dhcp as soon as she leaves for work... T

No, it is a one-to-one relationship when forwarding a port to a static LAN IP.

Usually you can find a sequential additional port for the application that will work.
