New Q3A & Q3TA DLL's from Shuggashack

ID has just released version 127h so if you upgrade these DLL's they may not work as expected. I'ts only an .EXE file patch so use the Shuggarshack hack at your own risk.
ID claims the new .EXE will boost SOME users up by 20fps average. There claim not mine !
