I just installed a new PSU today and I'm running 1.85 GHz Right now and I'm getting no Beeps saying my CPU is hot. normally with my older one it beeped like crazy. Could a new PSU help my Overclocking?

Maybe, but don't get your hopes up. IME I have "always" found the limiting factor in "my" OC's to be the chip.
Now if you were getting a beep saying the CPU was too hot that might have been your problem. The one thing I have found with better PSU's was not higher OC's, but being able to run the same OC with a little less vcore and still be stable. 'course this is just my experience, yours will likely vary.
