New PSU

I dont know which PSU I have got, its a cheap one that came with my case. I think its a 300w. Anyway how much more stuff can i connect to my PSU? I have a .....

DVD-ROM
7 80mm fans
Vantec Nexus panel

If the system is stable its okay.
With two hard drives that's probably the max load for it.
