New PSU, worth it?

I currently have an Ulra xfinity 600 and I heard it was not so stellar and inefficient. Should I buy an Antec Smartpower 2.0? I found a good deal on the new Antec, so I was wondering if I should upgrade.

That is unless the X-Finity is the newer "EE" model with the 135MM fan. Those are actually very, very good units.
