cool, trust me you won't be disappointed by this PSU. I've had it for about 5 months now, bought it for $129 back then, and I still think it's worth every penny I paid. I was using a 350W Fortron PSU up until that point I had picked up form newegg a few years ago for $25. It was a good PSU but my rails had started dropping with the inclusion of some new hardware and me overclocking everything. My system was still stable, but I couldn't push it any further or what I think my system could reach. Basically I was getting 4.81 on the 5v rail, 3.26, and 11.4 for my rails with everything I had in it.
Now, I have the opposite. With even MORE components in my system, added 4 more hard drives and an acutal sound card instead of the onboard 5.1 sound, my rails with the TTGI PSU are 5.01, 3.33, and 12.4... It's dead on and has plenty of juice to spare. Talk about a thing of beauty as well... you'll know when you get it in. This thing weighs a TON and looks almost too good to touch. I ended up buying the vantec sleeving kit for $7 off that site as well and added sleeves to all the cords. You could go to
www.performance-pcs.com and order a PSU with the sleeves already on but that will cost well more then $7 for them to do it. Then again, it does save you the hassle of doing it yourself.
Glad to hear you also got a good deal on a PSU, I've never purchased one from them, cause until recently, newegg has always had the best prices. Since newegg has been doing alot of price "gouging" because the demand for some products are so high, I can understand why you don't want to sink more money in them.
