new psu recomendation

My ocz gamexstream 600 bit the dust. I'm needing a new PSU for my next project. (yea,psu die, build a new pc..lol)
I have gigabyte ud3r, e5200, gtx260, 4gb ocz. 1 sata drive, dvd/rw.
I plan on trying to overclock 3.3 or so. & will only be running the one hd.
I'm trying to get a decent supply without breaking the bank.. just enough to run this with a little headroom to spare.

thanks for the suggestions. I'm sending the ocz in for a rma. I was looking at the corsair you mentioned. I'm thinking of getting it and selling the ocz. I think the corsair would be a better unit tan the gamexstream 600 and I'd be getting a fresh warranty. The warranty on the ocz goes by my original psu purchase date and I've only got a year left.
