New PSU reccomendations?

I need a good quality PSU, with 1 or more pci-e connectors, 20+4 pin or 24 pin, 400-500watts, with dual 12v channels with decent current. SATA is unnecessary, but always a plus. An active PFC is also a plus. I have $50 to spend, and since I know very little about PSU's, I'll let you guys decide for me. Thanks
