New PSU for a new upgrade

I put in the specs for my next build into this nifty calculator.

http://www.extreme.outervision.com/powercalc.jsp

It came to 480 watts. I am assumming I need at least 500 watts then and to be safe 550watts.

I have done next to nothing as far as research on current psu technology I do understand that next gen vid cards will require a new type of power adapter.

I am looking then for a PSU that has this adapter, is modular, is above 550watts and also is extremely solid built to last.

I am fond of Enermax as my current enermax psu is 3-4 years old and still kicking it is a 450watt I think maybe 480.

Thanks in advance.
