Previously announced for Japan, Sony has just announced that Firmware 6.10 for the PSP will be released tonight (11/18) for North America . This update will enable the digital comic reader application that will be used when the Playstation Network Digital Comics service is launched in December. After the update, you'll still have to download the actual application from the PSN Store.

Additionally, this update will also enable you to export your photos and videos from your PC to the PSP via the Media Go application which is also receiving an update tonight to version 1.3.

Well there's at least 3 free codes for free comics, but the software is a bit large at 1GB.
