New PS2 and usb HDs

I guys, this may be a bit OT but HW is HW. 🙂 anyway, I recently got the new slim ps2 and I am new to the whole ps2 scene (Im a diehard PC gamer), anyway, I know it has usb ports and would like to exploit them if possible. I have a usb hd and would like to know if I can use it to connect to the ps2 to d/l save games from the net without having to buy an action replay or simular device. Is there any possible way to do this? What about a usb CF reader? Could I somehow utilize that? Thanks.

Why? I just asked it I could copy SAVED games, not games. Saves of games, like what the max drive does.
