Found this last week. It's 42 miles from the largest Microsoft datacenter on the planet, the second largest freshwater lake, and the largerst North American fresh water river of KW production.

Was able to procure 40 acres with a 2 bedroom 1 and 3/4 bath home for $120000.

Earnest money is down. It has power to it as of last year but it was off-grid before that!
