Got an HP laserjet 4200n... not too shabby, much quicker than the old one and it's imaginary paper jams that were driving me crazy🙂

It beats the POS that it replaced! 🙂

The 4200's are nice printers (35 ppm for $1200? Yummy!), what was it that you replaced?

There's also the 4300 @ 45 ppm.

If it's anything like our HP 5siMX, you'll love it. We've run over 800,000 pages through it and it's never needed service once!

The 4200 is not in the same class as that (workgroup vs department printer), but it is still a very nice machine.

I think we have HP LaserJet 4MP or 5's? Something that like. We must go through 2 reams of paper a day printing!

Very nice printers, nothing touches HP for corporate printing needs.

I'm a huge HP printer fan. We have 8 4100s , 2 2200s and 3 8100s at work. One of the 8100s has done over a million pages in just under 2 years. We have an equal amount of Lexmarks in the office and they don't even compare to the reliability of the HPs.

Viper...

I'm considering replacing my Xerox P12 laser printer with an HP model (for home use). I do quite a lot of printing, and I just hate having to buy ink for inkjets. What do you think of the HP 1200 model? Should I save my $$$ and get a 2200dse?
