New pre-built no display signal

Hi everyone. I bought this pc:-

I connected everything on the pc and the monitor, but no signal goes to the monitor at all on any setting. It is definitely the pc as I have had the monitor tested to rule that out. I am wondering if this is likely a simple issue such as something inside the pc not connected properly maybe? I wanted to as ask first as dealing with this company is a nightmare when it comes to postage times.

If the error is fairly simple I should be able to fix it as I built a full pc 6 months ago which I still use, this one is I am having trouble with is a friends. Any suggestions on possible fixes would be great. :biggrin:

As long as it doesn't violate the warranty (check the warranty terms first), it can't hurt to disconnect the power from the system and open up the case to make sure everything inside is connected securely.
