New Power and Chassis Fans Sought. In Need of Suggestions.

I am in need of the above noted items. The connectors on my motherboard will support coolings fans of 350mA (4.2 Watts). I don't want to burn out the connectors on my MB but would like the fans speed rotating at least 2800 rpms with a large capacity of displacing air whether for intake or output purposes.
I saw a number of fans at the site listed below but unsure as to what to get.Are there any reviews anywhere of these items to assist me in making a selection.
