New postage rates? When?

When does the cost of stamps go up? I thought it was after the first. I just tried the postage calculator thingie on usps.com and it still says 33 cents..

So I guess I'm wrong.. Anyone?

Is priority mail going up too? How much?

I don't have anything official but I was there the other day and the guy said the priority mail would now be more variable by how much it weighs, like before anything boxed or not cost like 3.20 up to a certain size and now maybe just a letter would cost less while something larger might cost more, of course he could have told me whatever he wanted to as well.
