I saw this 4 channel amp and I almost had a stroke, next to computers car audio is my true love. This sucker looks BAAAAAD ASS, so sexy and the specs. I wish I had the 4 bills to order it now. Didn't know Polk's new amps were coming out this soon. I can only imagine how this would push my Momo components.

Yeah I'm a fan boy, but Polk makes good shit and these new amps have me drooling!

why can't I have a cheap hobby/interest like collecting bugs or something lol. But on a non fan boy note, anyone have any info about these? I haven't seen any reviews or read anything outside of what's on Polks site. I'm interested in the 4 channel and a mono for my subs. Wondering how these stack up against the C series, which I liked a lot.

lol I have a 2000 Taurus, a car plagued with known electrical issues, and even if my car could somehow handle that even with a uber custom HO Alternator & a 3 dedicated batteries. I'm pretty sure my Momo's would blow in about 1 second. they're 250 watts peak. Luckily for me there's no way in hell I could afford it even if I wanted it. Sweet amp, although I think Kicker & MTX have even bigger monsters.

Try having a car audio hobby as a high school student that barely makes any money.

That would be about the same as being an adult who has tons of bills, I really don't make that much money. And when you factor in bills UGH I might as well be a high school student that barely makes any money. I kinda wish I was still in high school, I could get away with spending my last $400 on an amp. I'm older and am supposed to be "responsible" *sigh* I'm going to save a few months so I can justify buying this amp.

then a few months later I'll need the 1200 watt mono amp with a couple of the polk SR 12" subs to go with it.

It looks very similar to Rockford Fosgate's new amp designs in their Punch lineup as well as their Power lineup. Also distinctly reminds me of Alpine's lineup.

The lower companies have always made flashy amps to make up for pissy components, but only within the last few years has the larger companies stepped up to produce amps that both sound great and look great.
