You know how you can only send PMs to somebody by clicking on the button near profile or something when they reply to a post or they create a thread? Can you add a box to PM so that you can type in somebody's name and PM them?
 
Well if that's the case, then can't something pop up saying "fahsognb is not accepting PMs at this moment"?
