Gutted he didn't take the pages out of that mag - you can't really see the shape.

That is definitely underrated because BMW claims that the 335 takes 5.3s to 60, which is obviously not the case.

Bah, I could buy a Lotus Exige for about half that and that car would stomp the crap out of the BMW.

Dynamically yes, otherwise they are completely different cars built for different purposes. As you are aware the lotus is a hard core sports car while the bimmer is a sports car with luxury in mind.

They are two totally different cars with different purposes. An Exige is a light weight, street legal track machine and with each new model, the M3 becomes more of a heavy sports GT. Oh, and I doubt you could get an Exige for half the price of an M3, the new M3 isn't going to even be close to $100k.

You can get the Exige with leather interior. ;)

And I could buy a chevy pickup that would haul like 100x more drywall.

More like $62k. That is still quite high though compared to the E46. :/

What makes you say that? The e46 M3 kept up with the audi on the track, and the e92 generation should be able to match its straight line speed. Unless you have some info on the next gen RS4.

Yeah, god knows the Lotus and BMW have less in common with each other than to a chevy truck...

Give the BMW a tiny bit of credit here will you? ;)
