New Pharcyde CD - about friggin' time

About a month ago, I was talking to a buddy of mine and I mentioned how the Pharcyde should release a new album, and BOOM he was Best Buy a couple of days ago and saw that they did in fact just release one. He bought it for me for my birthday, which is today, by the way (I'm 18 now.)

I've loved the progression they've been making ever since their first cut (when was it? '92?). LabCabinCalifornia in '95 was a lot of fun to listen to. Then their single on the Delicious Vinyl prime cuts (or something like that) compilation CD.

I'm listening to it now, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. They've been around for almost 10 years and they're still alive and kickin', and kickin' it quite well might I add.

I give this CD my stamp of approval. Go pick it up.

Did you hear Lyracist Lounge Vol 2 yet? If not - go get it or listen to it at least. It's damn good - especially the track /w Dilated Peoples, I gotta listen to some more of their stuff after hearin that song (they're pretty damn good if I may say so)

Is it a full album or an EP?

Yea its a full album, and its called Plain Rap.

Hehe, the back of the case is cool. It looks like a receipt and all the tracks on the album look like stuff that you bought.
