New PC ?

I'm building a new PC and was wondering if I need to get a heatsink and any special fans. I'm planning on OC'ling this system. Also let me know if you have any thoughts on things I should change in my system. I want to OC using stock cooling only.

HD: Ata or Serial ?
DVD-RW: Sony DRU510A DVD+RW/DVD-RW EIDE Combo Drive
CD-RW: Lite-On 52X
Video Card: ATI AIW 9800?, ATI 9800 Pro 128?, or ATI 9800 Pro 256 ?
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum (Model SB0240P)
Speakers: ?
Headphones: ?

I'd get an SLK 900-U heatsink and a high speed 80MM fan for any serious overclocking. Something like the thermaltake Smartfan 2 or something is great.

One of the advantages of the 900 is that it supports 92mm fans... get a 92mm fan

yeah, but many 92MM fans push less CFM which is what you want for hardcore overclocking...high CFM delta style baby!

However, if 84CFM at 55dBA is too much 75CFM at 48dBA is fine for me
