New PC won't post

Well I just built a new pc today, with the specs in the "MyRig" link. I can't get it to post. I have double checked that I have everything hooked up and secure. I just got the video card "new" from eBay, so I thought it may be the problem. But the fan is spinning on it, so I know it isn't completely dead.

My HDD light doesn't do anything, and I cannot eject either of my DVD-ROM drives. Is my motherboard DOA? Or is there something I'm missing....

This is really depressing.
