New PC to be Fun...

It seems that my sisters PC is dying on her and she wants to get a new one. I'm cool with that cause I wanna have a bit of fun with it now. She wants a new case and all of that but can reuse her floppy and optical drives. I think her power supply is strong enough too, so we will reuse that too. Probably get a clear case for it (the power supply) and all. Anyway, I was thinking of making it glow green inside and make it look like a radioactive project. I want to add a water cooling system, but don't want to pay a whole lot for it. I was thinking of using automotive antifreeze as Evan's NPG Coolant keeps cars so cool, it actually adds horsepower! (That's one reason, the other reason is that it is green) Any comments? Suggestions for a cooling system? It will be a P4. Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't go all out with watercooling and neon lights for your sisters computer, unless of course you have tons of money burning a hole in your pocket and you're extremely bored 🙂

You could get one of those small shuttle barebones PCs if you wanted to do something sorta nifty.

You could always do it the ultra-easy way and get her the AMs Gbox "Blue". 🙂 It's a Shuttle-style mini-PC but has glowing blue lights in the interior. Not green though...
She might like how "cute" it looks. 😛

She wants her PC to be fun, different and faster than it is. She also wants it to be upgradeable. I have a Shuttle right now and it is cool for what I do, but she wants to be able to tinker with hers. And yes I am bored, but she gets to pay for her own pc.
