I'd say it is a fairly well balanced mid ranged pc.

I think you spent a bit too much on the monitor, HDD, and motherboard and PSU at the cost of the graphics card. That build will be okay for 1080p gaming, but by getting a 23" or so monitor, a 1TB HDD for $70, an H77 motherboard for $60AR (really, why Z77? You can't even overclock that i5), and a Corsair CX for $30AR, you could have saved enough money to get a 7850 instead of a 650ti.
